Smile First look round the door

Hello everyone. I have been visiting Sark three times a year since 2002 but started coming in 1979 on a day trip and "properly" since 1981. I was directed to this web site from the last issue of La Vouair which I rather miss. I am sure this will fill the void and some.
The next visit will be in September staying at Clos de Menage and the first B&B since 1985 as I've been self-catering ever since. I don't go to Sark in the high season since there are too many people like me there and I find it a little too hot nowadays.
I have been staying with Chris Curtis until she flew away to New Zealand.
That's all for now; 'bye

Hi Dave, welcome to the forum. Have you checked out the webcams yet? It is a good job there is not a webcam in The Avenue, otherwise I would never really get any work done!

'La Vouair de Sercq' has now been replaced by 'The Sark Scribe' edited and published by Bob Parsons, Sark Souvenirs, The Old Station, The Avenue, Sark, GY9 0SG. The first issue came out on the 1st and is similar in style to the Vouaire but has colour photos. Tourism's on line newsletter is continuing edited by Sue Daly.
